I’ve been a trailblazer in the network marketing industry since the 1970’s.  I am proud of my record, for in those early days, it took courage and determination to build a company.

I had challenges in the beginning figuring out the real gift and opportunity in network marketing.  Have you been challenged about how to think it?  Maybe I can help. I feel that I have some fresh and unique viewpoints to offer from an inside out perspective on the industry.

In short, I believe in global restorative and regenerative business, and some of these companies are awesome and deserve to be talked about. While I do not recommend all the thousands of companies that are out there, I do have firsthand experience with certain products and companies. Since I have become a community entrepreneurial trainer I am not directly building these companies, but am linked to most of them through quality relationships. What is the greatest gift from network marketing?

Would you agree that the power of self-reliance is one of the greatest gifts we can pass on to our children, to our colleagues and our friends? Then there is another step beyond personal self-reliance - it is learning to be self-reliant in business. Then there is a great leap…learning to become self-reliant in a way that benefits, ripples out, and revitalizes our community.

Network marketing gave me the gift, the freedom to learn how to do all of this.

I am proud to have been a pioneer, leader, and consultant during one of the greatest independent entrepreneurial business explosions in history. Being on that leading edge taught me about adaptability, humanity, the nature of self-reliance, regeneration and the power of human connection. It taught me the freedom of self-determination, the power of choice and the safety and wisdom of community.

I have learned so much about the heart, soul, passion and power of people - and how our beliefs change our results. I have learned first hand about the inside, very human nature of our market economy. I have learned about the power of the dream and the desire that burns in everyone’s heart to be truly free and to become capable.

And to be able to provide that hope is a great gift from that industry model. As in any exceptional gift, some use it wisely with great appreciation, some do not understand it, and some waste it. I treasure it, and I respect it.

I have personally learned about inside out ethics, about what I call the Tripple Ripple Effect(TM) of seemingly insignificant decisions. Every decision does in fact affect us personally, in our families, in our communities, and impacts our planet. I do not believe I would have the same understanding had I not had an international downline and worked with people from all walks of life in business and in community. I have learned about the authentic nature of systemic community building and globalization.

As a result I am honored to be in a position to recommend certain network marketing companies from the broader picture, the 30,000′ level. I see how some companies, regardless of some of their less than perfect personal stories - offer exceptional value to the community, specifically because they have strived and fallen and had to rebuild again. They do it because they are heart driven, courage and people driven. They do it because what they are striving to do matters. And they do not give up.

They are in fact regenerative in nature - they believe in humans as a force for proactive change. The quality companies are striving to build character, strength, leadership, tolerance, compassion, capacity, humility and agility in their organizations. Some of these companies are working towards creating global sustainability and revitalization of our world and I love each of them for different reasons.
