From an academic perspective, Joy just completed the following lectures as a 3-part Intentional Change Lecture Series delivered at Antioch University in October, 2008.

In this lecture, I talk about personal adaptability concepts: Self-determination, the Convert to Joy™ Triangle Model and StoryTrapping™. These tools increase focus, build confidence, improve the odds of success in any project.
- How Influential is the Power of Collaboration? How significant are we really? With the diagram the Roadmap to Conscious Change™, Joy shows how it is possible to change the future based on an understanding of our innate Bio-Energetic Intelligence™ and the Biology of Influence™. She shows how one person can intentionally influence change and magnify it through the power of teamwork and collective intelligence, creating a compound ripple effect.
- How Might the Human World Work If it Actually Worked Well? In this talk, Joy explores the Universal Pattern of Evolving Change™ Model and the Living Potentials™ Natural Growth Model. You will discover a new organizational management and leadership model that is based on the concepts of body-mind-spirit integration on all levels of an organization. Joy can describe how these living systems models can be used to troubleshoot, organize, and rethink any organization so they are more flexible, dyanmic and able to expand and contract based on the flow of buiness in an organization.

Joy has been chairing projects, doing public speaking, entertaining audiences and facilitating personal and professional seminars and groups or over 40 years. She has organized and produced week long symposia where she developed team centered curriculum, selected and coached presenters, MC’d events and more. She is both a hands-on coach and a professionally trained presenter having most recently received Train the Trainer 1 & 2 certification from Peak Potentials.
